now has a staff of seventeen people in four convenient locations, Crossville, Jamestown, Oneida, and Maryville/Alcoa,
Tennessee. Our divisions outside of Crossville operate as
Whitehead Insurance, but are part of the Brown Insurance
Group that has been serving Tennessee's Upper Cumberland
Plateau and East Tennessee areas for over 100 years. Over 5,000
individuals, families and businesses now depend on the
Brown/Whitehead Group for their insurance connection.
We use state of the art computer software to compare
rates from some of the country's finest insurance companies. Our
agents know that "bargain" prices are not always the best value
and they look after your pocketbook by finding you the best
combination of price, coverage and service. We have listed
our carriers according to insurance need if you want to research
on your own with the companies we represent. As an
independent insurance agency representing several companies, we
